1. Enrollment Process & Confirmation

At this time, enrollment for Vaidehi Yoga classes is initiated through the Contact Form on this website or by direct email communication.

Once you reach out:

• You will receive details regarding class schedule, fees, and next steps

• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is completed and participation is mutually agreed upon via email

There is no automated enrollment form on the website currently. All confirmations are handled personally to ensure clarity, readiness, and alignment.

2. Nature of the Classes

• All classes are conducted live, allowing for real-time guidance, presence, and shared energy.

• Daily class recordings are shared after every session, to support you in case you miss a live class.

• While recordings are always available, live participation is encouraged for the fullest experience of the practice.

Recordings are offered as a supportive resource, not as a substitute for live engagement.

3. Participation Responsibility

By choosing to participate in Vaidehi Yoga classes, you acknowledge that:

• Yoga includes physical movement, breath practices, and meditative techniques

• You will practice within your personal limits and listen to your body

• You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during class

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before joining.

4. Conduct & Shared Space

Vaidehi Yoga classes are grounded in respect, awareness, and safety.

Participants are expected to:

• Maintain respectful behavior toward the teacher and fellow practitioners

• Honor the shared learning space

The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant who displays disrespectful or disruptive behavior to protect the integrity of the class. Such removal may occur without refund.

5. Scheduling & Continuity

• Class schedules may occasionally shift due to unforeseen circumstances

• If a class is canceled or rescheduled by Vaidehi Yoga, participants will be informed in advance.

• In such cases, an alternative session or appropriate adjustment will be offered.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Extensions

Please read carefully before committing:

• No refunds are offered once enrollment is confirmed

• No cancellations, transfers, or extensions are provided after confirmation

• Missed live classes are supported through daily recordings, but cannot be rescheduled or carried forward

This policy exists because:

• Class capacity is limited

• Time and space are reserved specifically for enrolled students

• The program is designed as a continuous, committed practice

We kindly ask you to enroll only when you feel ready to participate with consistency and respect for the structure.
