My Journey Into Yoga

Yoga came into my life ten years ago. For a long time, I practiced it mostly for its physical benefits — and that was enough. Then COVID arrived. With nowhere to go and the noise of daily life stripped away, I practiced every single day. Something began to shift. Yoga wasn't only changing my body anymore. It was changing how I thought, how I responded, how I moved through difficulty. Something was unfolding that I didn't yet have words for

I started asking myself questions — what am I doing with this life? Just earn money, eat, and die one day?

That is when true yoga held my hand. Not postures. Not technique. Something that asked me to stop running. I began sitting with my emotions instead of escaping them. Every day in Savasana, I surrendered — into the floor, into the stillness — and the layers of fear and exhaustion I had carried for years slowly began to release. For the first time in a long time, I felt peace. In my body. In my mind.

Yoga taught me that I could go into the full depth of what I was feeling and come out transformed. Pranayama taught me to breathe through the difficult moments of life — to respond instead of react. Meditation taught me that I could feel everything and not be destroyed by it.

Yoga did not just change my body. It changed the entire course of my life. I teach because I have lived what this practice can do — and I want that for you, too.

I healed. And now I hold the space for your healing, too.

Whatever brought you here — whether you are carrying something heavy, or simply feel that there is more to this practice than you have yet found — you are welcome. I cannot wait to welcome you.

My Teaching Philosophy

I teach yoga in its traditional, integrative form — where movement, breath, and awareness are practiced together. Rather than rushing through postures, my approach emphasizes alignment, steadiness, and conscious breathing. Each session is designed to help students move safely, regulate their nervous system, and gradually deepen their inner awareness. I believe yoga is not about performance or flexibility, but about building a sustainable and personal relationship with practice.

What One Student Found

Vaidehi Ji’s classes are unique in combining spirituality and holistic health through different aspects of yoga, including sound yoga, bhakti yoga, and physical practices like asanas and kriyas.

The practice has helped me develop more holistic and spiritual habits in my life, along with the physical and emotional benefits from the sessions. I have noticed better clarity and mood, improved sleep hygiene through meditation and yoga nidra, and a more positive outlook and awareness.

Vaidehi Ji is very passionate about her yoga practice, and her dedication to guiding others makes the experience even more meaningful

Yoga came into my life ten years ago, and for a long time, I practiced it mostly for its physical benefits. During COVID, with nowhere to go and the usual noise of daily life stripped away, I practiced every single day. The practice deepened in a way I hadn't expected. And slowly, I began to notice that yoga wasn't only changing my body. It was changing how I thought, how I responded, how I moved through difficulty. I started asking myself questions — what am I doing with this life? Just earn money, eat, and die one day?

That is when true yoga held my hand. Something beyond the postures — beyond everything I thought I had been practicing. I learned to sit face-to-face with my emotions instead of running from them. Every day, lying down in Savasana, I truly surrendered — into the floor, into the stillness. The layers of fear and exhaustion I had been carrying for years began to release. I started feeling at peace for the first time in a long time. In my body. In my mind.
