I’m Vaidehi — a Traditional Hatha Yoga practitioner and teacher devoted to sharing yoga as a holistic, grounding, and deeply transformative practice.
My journey with yoga began as a personal search for balance and inner steadiness, and over time, it evolved into a path of study, discipline, and teaching.

My Journey Into Yoga
What began as a physical practice gradually unfolded into something far deeper.
Through consistent sadhana, I experienced how yoga works not only on the body, but on the breath, emotions, and mental patterns.
The discipline of practice brought strength and flexibility, but more importantly, it cultivated stillness, awareness, and resilience.
This inner shift is what inspires me to share yoga — not as exercise, but as a way of living with balance and clarity.

My Teaching Philosophy
I teach yoga in its traditional, integrative form — where movement, breath, and awareness are practiced together. Rather than rushing through postures, my approach emphasizes alignment, steadiness, and conscious breathing. Each session is designed to help students move safely, regulate their nervous system, and gradually deepen their inner awareness. I believe yoga is not about performance or flexibility, but about building a sustainable and personal relationship with practice.

What One Student Found
Vaidehi Ji’s classes are unique in combining spirituality and holistic health through different aspects of yoga, including sound yoga, bhakti yoga, and physical practices like asanas and kriyas.
The practice has helped me develop more holistic and spiritual habits in my life, along with the physical and emotional benefits from the sessions. I have noticed better clarity and mood, improved sleep hygiene through meditation and yoga nidra, and a more positive outlook and awareness.
Vaidehi Ji is very passionate about her yoga practice, and her dedication to guiding others makes the experience even more meaningful
